    Sometimes when i play, the game lags, then others it will play perfect for the whole night.. why is this??

    Processor is pentium 4 3.20 ghz and
    RAM is 1022mb

    is it because the computer is doing other stuff in background, as in desktop window manager etc. or is the computer just not good enough?

    Any help much appreciated..

    An extra half gig/gig of ram would be beneficial to the overall performance of you PC.

    What graphics card to you have ?? Are you using wireless BB ?

    ye its wireless broadband but tried with plugging it in and its same,it happens when the computer sounds like its doing lots of work..not sure about graphics card,id there way to check??

    Make sure you don't have any anti virus scans scheduled etc.

    Download GPU-Z http://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/ That will tell you which GPU you have.
