    Hi Folks,

I was just wondering if anyone knows if it is oossible to have multiple Boot Partitions on a USB Thumb Drive. I can't find anything on Google about it but I think it might be able to be done as I remember seeing multiple boot options for a CD-ROM.

I bought a new USB drive and I wanted to re-task my old one as a carry with system rescue CD and possibly a linux distro. Any and all feedback welcome :-)

    Dave

I once created a 1gb usb stick with four partitions.

using this guide or something like it.

(on the stick I had puppy, systemrescueCD, slax and command line limited distro with a grub menu to select which partition to boot.)

I used two sticks at the time, creating each boot systems on one stick. Then shrinking and cloning the usb stick into each partition of the resulting stick.

Booting each partition by using chain-loader in grub
