Yoga teacher training!

    Hi guys,

I had a look in the sports section - you don't have a yoga area! So I'll post here - unless there's a better place for it?

Basically I'm looking at yoga teacher training, part time courses over weekends. Looking at the course in the elbow room that starts in March. Has anyone done it? Or any courses? Could you advise what kind of fitness level I need, what to look out for... employment prospects with various courses & all that. What questions should I ask the schools?

I'm not planning on changing careers immediately, more maybe moving into the area over time.

Anything you guys can advise would be great!

P.s. I mostly do hatha/hot yoga though the courses I'm looking aren't necessarily in this area. Have never done astanga/vinyasi etc. Which of these areas is most commercial and should that be a consideration?

Please feel free to move this post if I'm in the wrong place!
