    I want to discover a new physical peak, a new lifestyle, ways to enjoy being active.

    I have a little problem for the first few weeks, one of my shoulders is out of commision for at least the next month.

    So for the first while I will focus on cardio, finding my level and pushing past it.

    My diet is actually decent, but I need to get back in the habit of getting enough H2O.
