    Hi,

Just looking for the once over on how Im currently eating. So far havent noticed it affecting me but ive only startd eatings loads again last few days.

Breakfast: Bowl of Porridge with a banana, Whey Shakes & Creatine

11 - Maybe apple and small packet of pistachios

Lunch - 250g of salmon and as much veg as i can eat (all raw, mayb a pepper, half a head of broccoli and some spinage)

    4 - 2/3 rivata with peanut butter

    Before Workout - Apple
    6-7- Workout
Post Workout - Ram & Creatine

Dinner - A usual dinner, loads of veg bt try to eat quite a big dinner in general.

Im curious am i eating too much in the sittings, and should I try more for around the 11/4 slot?

Love my veg (especally raw) so no problem horsing it into me.

Im 6'2 and 92kgs. Had targeted 98kg by christmas but took a big set back with injury. Cant do much cardio at all atm so its all basically weights work between 5 and 6 days a week.

    Cheers

I dont think your eating nearly enough to bulk. Plus main protein sources seem to be the shake(s) and the salmon (salmon is protein rich right?).

You need eggs, chicken, tuna other good protein sources.

I'm trying to lose fat and I eat more than you :D

Your lunch is the best meal out of that lot as far as I can see, breakfast second best, the rest could use revising.

Maybe add in eggs for breakfast with the oats ?
For the 11 & 4 Breaks - Add protein, maybe a chicken fillet or two, some nuts maybe ?

You also need to eat a lot after the gym (Dinner) I would think if you're lifting a lot of weights.

I believe the general rule thrown around is eat loads and lift loads to get big !

I'm sure someone who knows a bit more than my can pick through any bad points i've made there.

Sorry should have been a bit more general, that was just me yesterday.

The salmon at lunch would be getting me about 50g of protein. That can varies on the day between chicken fillets/tuna ect. Gym is usally between 6-7, followd straight away by ram and then dinner usually within 20 mins.

Eggs in the morning are one thing i should really be focusing on, hopefully the cold weather will be a bit of an incentive for hot food.
