Would it not of been easier to just pu updated in the charter title
Cause this will just get lost and non regulars won't know it's been updated...

By the way - what about the Basic Manners on the Forum thread? Can we make a little more space at the top of our forum by "un-sticky"-ing that? I am only asking.

Actually it might be worth linking that thread to the charter and then de-stickyfying it.

I'll do that.
