Hi, I heard a lot of positive reviews about this supplemtn and it was recommended to me in order to help me bulk and lift heavier at the gym.Has anyone used it before and felt it was beneficial?

yeah ive taken it before alright in both tablet and powdered form. I took it the first time round with superpump 250 (now banned i believe) and the second time round with NO-Shotgun. Combined they are an absolutely excellent supplement and you will lift heavier, have better pumps, recover alot quicker and i also felt great while on it.
I wouldnt like to comment on what its like without the shotgun though. Ive also tried ALRI CR2, ALRI NGORGE and this is best by a country mile! If your getting it i'd get the powder... swallowing 6 massive pills aint the easiest thing to do!
