Olympic Bumper Plates?

    Anyone any contacts for getting these. Usually they can be wooden and no weight at all, or 5kg ones that are the size of 20kg ones. Cheers

    Was just talking about this last night. MickK has promised me I could road test the new bumpers he's getting made, but in the meantime one of the lads as a 50mm auger bit and a jigsaw and is going to run me up a pair of plywood ones for training with.

    If you're making them, the auger you're looking for is the same one as you'd use for recessed halogens.
