I hurt my back yesterday. Normally I'd go to the physio but there's a pain in my hip that's new. Should I go to the physio about both things or do I need to see someone else as well? Just wondering what physio's can treat, not looking for a medical diagnosis.

Yes, a good physio should be able to diagnose the problem and treat it. A sports massage therapist (if you find the problem persists) should be able to further treat it and can be used preventatively - having not been for a sport's massage in over a year I find myself knotting up and stiffening a lot quicker *makes mental note to start foam rolling again asap*

Go to Brian in city chiropractor near eyre square, a genius and miles ahead of a lot in Galway. Very good with that sort of thing, very good with athletes and anything weightlifting related
