    Hey guys

    question for ye's. I'm a 24 year old male 5'10, 60 kgs wasit size 30 inches.
I have a fast metabolism and a light frame, how can i safely put on approx 6 kgs of functional toned muscle with a combination of weightlifting/exercise and whey protein.

any help i can get would be appriciated.

P.S. any one know anything about this Cross-Fit i've been hearing about?

I know a thing or two about it, being CrossFit Level 2 trainer. What would you like to know?

If you'd like to try it out or talk about it give me a shout on 086-8151092

As for strength/mass gain, you'd get that on CrossFit as long as you adjusted your workouts accordingly, i.e. when 'scaling' the workouts you aim to keep it as heavy as possible, and drop the time or rep schemes to keep it short and intense.

Starting Strength is another avenue to check out. I've a few guys in similar situations to yourself using that protocol in my gym.

If you've any questions on either, let me know,
    Col

I've been doing crossfit now for a while. I find it absolutely brilliant but it's a lot easier to do if you're not doing it on your own. Never been stronger for the same weight though (I'm aiming to keep my weight the same).

Colm's the man to talk to. He runs his own crossfit place over in Tallaght. I would train there if it weren't so far away tbh.
