Last day at work before i head off on a RTW trip. Just want to say a big thanks to all the posters here in the forum, your advice and support have really halped me in the last year since i first decided to get off my fat ass and do something. 11months and over 4 stone later i feel great about to head off on my travels and leave this grey miserable weather behind. Again thanks to all and good luck anyone else starting out a new regime, stick with it and the forum and ya wont go too far wrong.
