    Can you give us a bit more information. Like what time you go to the gym, how long you work out for, what your goals are (weight loss, etc.), what time you eat at.... That kind of thing.

    I know it sounds like a lot of information, but it helps to have a picture of your habits. :)

    edit; I should say, my understanding is that it doesn't really matter if you're doing cardio and you're just concerned with timing (and not quantity) of food intake and your goal is weight loss / maintenance.
