It is on CNN, Sky News, BBC News and Fox News also...most of which are available here on various platforms. I'll Sky+ it on CNN and watch it in the morning.

Wish Fox News would put up an EPG entry for it though so I could Sky+ it there as would like to have a laugh at how they are going to be "Fair and Balanced".

Watching on CNN, they are still calling McCain a maverick and an expert in foreign policy. Plus they mentioned McCain's name about 10 times more than Obama.

Bad choice of words by McCain with him saying he hasn't been feeling well lately? :)

Obama's on the attack. McCain seems very nervous.

the chair is really trying hard to get the two to actually debate.

It sort of destroys a debate when both sides dont want to say anything risky about the economy

both palin and mccain have it in for the bears. :(

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,698 ✭✭✭✭BlitzKrieg

i lolled at the bears comments :D

McCain is being clever telling people he will essentially punish big government when he gets in while Obama is promising to punish big companies.

Wonder which one people hate more?

He was probably trying to imitate Reagan's famous quip about his age in a debate. Failed miserably.

the mod seems to be getting short with the two of them.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,314 ✭✭✭sink

Didn't McCain go way off on a tangent just there. He was asked what he would cut and ended up talking about investing in nuclear power.

Is it just me or is Obama trouncing McCain?

    Watching it on Sky News

Obama sounds presidential; McCain sounding like a legislator

McCain sounds weak and frail while Obama sounding like someone who is preparing to rule the country

How many times is McCain going to mention Petraeus?

About as much as he is going to mention how he's not Miss Congeniality.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,314 ✭✭✭sink

Obama won hands down on the economy. So far on foreign policy its a tie.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,698 ✭✭✭✭BlitzKrieg

    OH GOD!

they both are pulling out the soldier letters!

How long did McCain take with that story?

McCain mentions his braclet again - FFS

Fair play to Obama for nailing him on it.

I could do without the two of them stuttering through pre-rehearsed sob stories about bracelets.

I agree with this but I'd say this is a calculated strategy to look more presidential.
