    Hi all,
I had surgery on a Gilmore's Groin injury a few weeks ago and the surgeon recommended I do adductor exercises as part of my rehab program. Can anyone suggest some good exercises? Or even point me in the right direction.
    Many Thanks.

Go to a physio and get it done properly. I am in the process of groin rehab at the moment. It's very easy to get the movements wrong. It may cost a lot of cash but it's well worth it in the long run!!!

    Hi

Had the Gilmore Groin Op about 15 weeks ago and back running seriously now for 3-4 weeks, but pain is still bad. It is kinda local to the scar tissue but I am afraid that it is more serious than that. Has anyone had much pain after the surgery, it doesn't seem to hurt much running but very sore afterwards, I can feel it sneezing and coughing now.

Training for 5th marathon this summer and don't fancy my chances finishing the program.
Id appreciate any feedback especially if someone went through issues and has come through.
