I'm 16 and play in goal in a pretty high level.

Basically I'm just wondering what weights I could do for strengthening kicking power in my legs for goal kicks?
I have the technique right and it goes over the half way line at least everytime. But I can always get it to go further:D

    Thanks.

Your 16 so with time and practice that kick will increase even more!
Weight training will help but good old fashion technique and practice is the key!

Thats great advice and applies to any sport really. At your age (16) master the technique and basics first and when thats mastered (as in the 95%) its a case of putting the extra bits in to get the final 5%. If you have already mastered the basics and have analysed your kicking technique versus the best in the business then its maybe time to look for that icing on the cake. You say your technique is good, what tool do you use to analyse your kick-out technique? Have you done any video analysis? I began using using video analysis and have realised that unless you have a coach who is bio-mechanically eyed gifted, you'll need the slow-mo to really see what you are doing.
