i'm 22 years old. 5"10. 12 Stone. Average height and average weight for a man of my age. i'm athletic and fit, have always been very active from a young age from soccer to gaa to hurling, i played them all and still do, but only Gaelic football at a high enough level.
I have been relatively injury free most years. the odd pulled muscle or knock but nothing serious.
But this year i seem to be injury Prone.
I have torn both my Hamstrings, Have patellar tendonitis in both my knees, lower back pain.torn a muscle in my glutes. After training i'm always stiff and sore not to mention also i
Tore my Quad muscle and had an A/C joint injury in my shoulder.
My shoulder i'm not too worried about, that could happen to anyone,
but its all my lower body injurys.
My physio early in the year said i had falling arches in my feet, i now wear insoles in all my footwear and have been for the last 6 months, but there doesnt seem to be a let up in the injuies. After every match ther is something new.
There are some of the older fella's on the team in there late 30's and it doesnt take a shake out of them.
I am at my wits end, i need some advice from a physio out there or a sports injury specialist as to what the f*ck is going on with all these injuries.
What can i do to get rid of them, prevent them from re occuring.???
Any advice and help is very much appreciated no matter how silly it may sound...

DEFINITELY some serious dysfunction in your lower body that's causing all of that. There's no way even the best physio could attempt to diagnose it online. Get yourself to a proper sports physio practice and they should be able to work thru the possible causes with you.
