    I know two people who had one; neither claimed it helped much at all.
    It can leave the skin feeling sensitive too apparently. Waste of money TBH; if it worked, we'd all own one.

    The only way to get "toned" looking is to reduce bodyfat and build lean muscle mass through exercise, resistance training and good diet.

    I've used one quite successfully to rehab my shoulder after an operation. It would never take the place of hard work though.

    gimmicks, gimmicks, sounds like your looking for that magic pill that just doesn't exist. Hard work and discipline i'm afraid is the only way

    1. Scroll right down to the bottom of the page;
    2. you'll see a box entitled 'Similar Threads';
    3. knock yourself out ;)

    There's at least four other Slendertone threads there and more, I'm sure, if you have a quick gander with the search function.
