I injured my foot recently (last saturday) I was practising and I hit a football full on, but it just caught my 'toes' and not my acual foot.

Anyway, my foot spasmed up and was incredibly painful for a while regarding kicking the ball. Walking wasn't too bad and is fine now.

However, every time I kick the football now I get an awful pain on the top of my foot, just below my leg. I put ice on it every day but it keeps recurring. It really is annoying.

I am thinking of going to physio. Any advice on what it may be guys?

    Thanks.
    J. :)
