    Has anyone taken this product? Would you recommend it? Anyone know where in Dublin to get it? Tried a few online Irish stores but none of them seem to stock it.

    Supplement Factory and Nutrition X (I'd go with Nut. X) both do a similar product.

    Just get some vitamin b12 and caffeine tablets it'll work just the same imo and much cheaper.

    Arginine also if your going down that road.

    NO Shotgun and Gaspari Superpump are just as good. IMO go with a good creatine product instead. Prework out shakes are over rated.

    I really have to disagree with that. If you're taking them as directed, and using them sparingly, they will help. Using them for every session's gonna be overkill, but if you've a big training session, or event coming up that you're training hard for, they help.

    The Supplement Factory's NRG Blast is my favourite at the moment. Get the orange flavour. I'd drink it just for the taste tbh.

    The reason i said that was that most people do take them every workout! Most directions tell you to take them on training days and hence most people take them every time.

    Didnt say they didnt work just there lower down on the list of necessities. How often do you here young guys going on no-xplode or some other creatine product with absolutely no sound diet or training in place. Waste of time.

    For you it would definitely be worth while as a powerlifter but as you said sparingly. Some people find that the effect diminishes the more times you take them, another reason not to take them all the time.

    I still think there overrated!:p

    I've tried NO Shotgun, NO Xplode and NRG Blast. I would rank them in that order.

    I found NO Shotgun the most foul tasting but the most effective, and AFAIK it is still available...

    Yeah, shotgun is the best I've tried, as for flavor kinda reminds me of cinnamon & apple, used to give me an upset stomach but definetly worked better than No Xpolde and it's readily available.
