Massage or physio

Been having a few repetitive injury problems of late due in part to my job, and sitting at a computer, and was planning to head for a massage in the next few weeks anyhow.
My question is what’s the difference between physio and masseuse?
Given what I’ve described above, what am I looking for?..will a physio do all?

A sports massage should suffice. It's part of their training to be looking into 'injuries' like that, moreso than a physio. Generally.
