Am I eating enough?

Having been at university for the past 2 years, I've been pigging out on junk food and I have about a stone I want to lose. I've switched to eating only healthy food, but I'm worried I'm not eating enough, I've added up my daily calories and it seems to be less than it should be. However, health food fills me up so much more than junk food so that I can't eat so much now. Every day I'm having 6 small meals 3 hours apart, my daily food intake is now pretty much this:

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, some fish oil capsules and a few mouthfuls of porridge.

next 4 meals: either half a chicken breast or about 7 prawns, half a cupful of wholegrain rice or quinoa and a few portions of veg (per meal, I mean, not in total). Some coconut oil.

Last meal: a peice of cod and some veg.

This is really filling me up and I feel fine but I think I'm not getting enough calories. What do you think? Btw I am a 5'6'', 9 and a half stone, 24 year old woman who does weights, hiking and aerobics. Also, what happens when you reach your target weight? Do you carry on doing the same diet and exercise? If not, won't you put the weight back on?

This part is a bit confusing, is half a chicken breast or 7 prawns one meal on its own, or do you have chicken or prawns with the rice n veg every meal?

I mean one meal would be something like half a chicken breast with a small amount of rice and lots of veg.

I wouldn't worry about the calories. If you feel satiated and feel good as well as the fact you're presumably losing weight then it's fine. Diet looks good too.

Total newbie here. don't want to start another thread. it takes long enough to read all the others.

playing a good bit of sport and going to gym twice a week. have a fairly active job - not really sitting at a desk. 27 years, 5ft 11, 12.5 stone

can you just look at my diet and let me know how i'm doing. eating enough etc?

breakfast: porridge made with water, raisins, milk added. flaxseed. 4 orange slices
lunch: 2 brown bread sandwiches with boiled eggs or sliced ham, cheddar cheese and tomatoes.
    snack: banana, apple
dinner: either steamed spuds with carrots & broccoli. steamed or george forman chicken or fried mince. sometime rice, pasta etc with tinned tomatoes
snack: mccambridge bread or rice cakes with homemade jam, cheese spread. Or bran flakes with full fat milk
couple of cups of tea and 1 coffee during the day with no sugar but milk
    plenty of water

Beggars bush, you're prob better off starting a thread of your own with that, and your goals, and what exercise you're doing too?

looks good storm, try to introduce some fruit in the form of berries, and nuts. You should have a cheat meal once a week to boost your metabolism, this should be a meal of anything you like to eat - don't go too mad but have a bowl of pasta or something.... Try not to focus on losing a stone, try to achieve a dress size or a body fat percentage, as weight varies between everyone.

beggars bush, you seem to eat alot of carbs and not much protein, if you are trying to lose wait or tone up, cut back on carbs and eat lot's more protein, you should try to have protein in every meal, raisins are a high GI food too, you should replace these with fresh blueberries if possible, generally berries are the healthiest type of fruit. In saying all this if you're happy with your body shape and size then there's not much reason to change the way you're eating.

I'm not trying to lose weight. just playing away with sports and doing some mid range weight lifting in the gym. increasing strength mainly.

how am i taking in too much carbs? i thought carbs are good for exercise? energy etc

what would be the best way to introduce more protein to the diet? through eating.

    thanks in advance
