Whats the difference between the power bar and the 7ft straight?

The 7ft straight is the standard one I have used in gyms, however since I am buying for myself I want to get this right.

Any advice on which bars are recommended would be appreciate.

    Cheers.

The power bars are just rated for a higher weight eg made of stronger spec steel. Most gyms would have power bars as a cheaper home use bar wouldn't last very long...

Ah cool, thanks. So my best bet would be the pack that includes the bar. I wont need the higher spec.
