Randomly disappearing dropdown navigation

The Nav Bar at the top of the page. It keeps disappearing and re-appearing at random, and no amount of refreshing and adblock disabling *cough* seems to fix it - its like its alive.

As far as I'm concerned this is fixed, made some changes to how the menu is served and how it is generated, haven't had any reports of problems since.
