3 day spily verus total body workout

    hi lads,

    whate ye're opinion on whats better, 3 day spilt or a all over body workout,

    currentyl do mon chest/tris weds legs/shoulds fri back/bis would i be better doing all over body those 3 days do you reckon?

    If you already do a split, why not change it up and do a full body programme for a while.

    How is your current workout working out for you? You bulking up?

    I try get to the gym 4 days a week, 2 for upper body / 2 for lower and I doubt i could manage to combine both in 1 workout.

    Depends.

    I'm a fan of split training and have gotten good results from it.

    If your progress has stalled or even regressed then you may wish to think of changing routines.

    What exactly is your current routine like? i.e exercises, rep and set ranges. You don't necessarily have to change to a full body routine. Its not simply a case of full-body vs split routines.

    However, If you are making good gains on your current routine - changing up would just be plain spily.:D
