    Hi,

I'm going to spending the next two weeks in a hotel with no gym on business. I'll have no access to any equipment. Is there any good bodyweight circuit routine I could do for some muscle gain?

    Thanks.

Agentgreen should you chose too, go to youtube and type in 'workout hotel' and you will find a couple of workouts, too many to post here. Thankfully your laptop will not now self destruct :D

Thanks for the links. I saw simplefit earlier on, but can't see myself having access to a pull up bar, what would you guys recommend as a subtitute? Thanks.

    explained here http://www.angelfire.com/ny5/shenandoah/Grunt/Bodyweight.html

there is other great stuff on that site, it is from my signature link which has other sites too.

You can also wedge something under the bathroom door and do pullups on it, just make sure it can't close on your fingers!

You can do dips on chairs too, most hotels have strong chairs & doors too. I have been in a few hotels with doorframes I could do fingertip pullups on, but can only manage a few!

Also take a stroll outside, I can do chins & dips on all sorts of stuff around my area.

Goalposts and playground climbing frames are good.

When I'm staying in hotels I often bring captains of crush grippers and an Evil Wheel with me. They take up very little room in my bag. I can destroy my abs in about 10 minutes with the evil wheel, it is aptly named :)
