I broke a bone in my arm, the smaller one last week. I'm devastated as I can't go to the gym or play football. Is there any way I can keep my fitness up. Can i still exercise my chest in some way? Anyone got any advice?

When my leg was in a plaster cast I still did weights at the gym. If it's just your arm in plaster why not go walking and do weights for your legs?
