Gym and Sports Arena air conditioning requirement?

Can anyone tell me if there is a legal requirement for gyms and sports arenas to have air conditioning on at all times that they are in use? The reason i ask is because I play football in JJB Soccerdome in Dundalk twice a week and the heat and lack of fresh air is ridiculous. Lots of the guys i play with have said its hard…
