DIT Part-Time Higher Cert. in Technology in Computer Programming

    Hi everyone

    I plan on registering next week for DIT's 3 year part-time (evening course) 'Higher Certificate in Technology in Computer Programming' in Bolton Street.

    Has anyone else on here done this course or know anything about it. My knowledge of computers is fairly basic. I work with Word and Excel every day and that's about it.

    Would I be able to get work as a programmer after completing this course or would I need to go on and do a Degree?

    Any help/comments/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
