    Hi,

    I am 20 years of age 133.4lbs /60.5kg (pounds), 166 -168cm tall. I am going for athletics scholarship this year. So I have to gain weight and also put on some strength, agility and speed. So This means I will be spending a lot of time in the gym after college so the question is.

    My events are 100m sprints and jumps, I might try Shot putt.

    What are the best supplements to be on or combination.
    creatine Powder ,Whay Protein powder and calories supplement powder.

    At the moment I am using nothing just taking Omega 3 fish oil and multivitamin plus.

    So any advice?
