Just a few questions in setting up a fitness log:

    - What kind of background details should i include?

    - In the actual weight training will I include the name of exercises and no. of reps, set, etc

    - Diet?

    - Goals/Aims?

    - Should I stick up photos of progress or is that a little bit gay?

    - Current stats (i.e. 1RM in deadlifts, squats, bench, presses. Weights and body measurements)

    - Yes therefore you can track your progress and see how you are improving at each workout. Thats one of the main points in doing it.

    - From your current stats work out what you think you'll be able to left in two months time so you can work towords that

    - I think you should, I dont have a log on up here though. would be a bit self concious about it being an Irish website. I have a profile on bodyspace with pictures though.
