Just saw this advertised, not saying it'll be any good but figured a few people here may find it interesting.

    Superhuman: Super Strong.
    9.00pm. UTV.
This installment of ITV's Superhuman series explores the lives of some of the strongest people on the planet, revealing the extreme lifestyles they follow to gain such powerful physiques. It examines the relationship between the power of the mind and the power of the body and reveals how far human power is down to nature or nurture. Welsh bodybuilder Flex Lewis tells the programme how he lives on a diet of fish five times a day and devotes his whole life to developing the most incredible bulging muscles. He has 80 per cent more muscle than the average British man; a quarter of the body fat and the circumference of his thigh is almost the same as his waist. If you find that attractive, wait 'til you encounter the man who's party trick involves karate chopping his way through nine concrete slabs; the strongest couple in the world who are with child; and a three-year-old girl whose 'parents' have already got her lifting weights...
