I go to Northwood , and for anyone who is a member there you will know that they have 4-5 PT's offering their services.

So i am starting this tread to get an idea from each gym which PT you would recommend going to.

I dont want this to be a slating session so leave out your bad experiences, just looking for who's the best in your gym!

    Hello lawsuit...

It's not much of a review thread if you can't post bad experiences, and to do so probably means giving some details. Which could very easily lead to legal problems.

    So, to summarise;

    IN BEFORE LOCK :D

    Ok well

    lets rephrase it:

What gym do you go to and if you where to suggest using a PT who would it be?

    Is that any better?

Obviously it's the mod's call but I think that one sounds better alright...

I have no worries with folk discussing gyms in general (See Gym Reviews thread) and personal experiences can be very telling, be they positive or negative. However you can run into some very dodgy territory when you start to name people specifically.

Up until now threads have been started when people are looking for a PT in a specific gym and they can get feedback on a case by case basis. I'll leave this open for now but with an obvious caveat that information provided about PTs be fair, honest and appropriate for the board.

    ktnxbye etc

Cheers G'em. I am looking which is why i started the tread.

I just thought it would be helpful for people to big up their own PTs in from their own gyms !

    cheers

    Gym: Trinity
    PTs: All

I have to say the Trinity guys are great at getting girls into the weights section. I've never been surrounded by so many women while I'm working out (I'm a girl, so not being sleazy..). I remember in UCD I was one of about 5 girls who would dare to descend into the sweaty weights room. All the others remained squashed into that tiny dumbell area by the cardio machines. So the Trinity PTs get my vote!

I'll second that actually, they're getting increasingly pro-active about women doing free-weights and it's great to see.
