Limerick Beggars

Hi all, Just back from my evening stroll around the city. I've noticed on the past two evenings when I was out walking that there seems to be a lot more beggars about. I reckon there is at least one beggar to every block in the City centre. I wonder does this reflect increase in homelessness, alcoholism, drug addiction…
