pseudonym1 after 4 years waiting for a fellow narcoleptic to wake up and reply-you have probably given up on this post!!

Eat a diet such as Atkins, GAPs Diet or any Low-carb diet where you cut out bread, potatoes, rice, all grains but especially wheat. Or try the easy version and just cut out wheat and perhaps gluten generally. You'll be amazed after a week of feeling crap how much more alert you will feel!! Google Narcolepsy and Low-Carb eating and you will see that this is backed up by higher wakefulness scores in clinical trials-for me when I am doing it properly it can mean an entire busy day awake-and alert!! (Works for "normal" people too and helps get rid of aches and pains!!)

I am looking for a list of neurologists and sleep specialists that diagnose narcolepsy in Ireland. I have narcolepsy 35 years. We have a website narcolepsy ireland that we want to update with a list of neurologists and sleep specialists. I have the main ones, Dr. Cathrine Crowe, Dr. Elaine Purcell, Dr. Niall Tubridy and Dr. Bryan Lynch. All based in Dublin. Dr. JJ Gilmartin Galway. There are plenty of respiratory doctors. It is doctors that diagnose narcolepsy that I am interested in.
If anyone can give me more info, I would appreciate it .
