    Evenin all ;)

Anywho i'm looking for a good guide to getting a six pack, or at least a toned stomach... I have well built shoulders, arms and pecks, but my stomach is horribly flat.

Anyone found a good Diet (that won't interfere with my normal weightlifting) and exercise guide on the net? Or one that you've used yourself with good results?

I do crunches, weghted situps and hanging leg rises twice a week and have done for the last 2 months and have noticed no results. However someone can punch me full force in the stomach and they'd just bounce off it.

I eat alot of junk food which i'm trying to phase out, i know some of you are screaming at me lol. I need a diet that contains easy to make food because i'm a terrible cook :P I'm also fairly picky when it comes to food, which is my main downfall..

So if anyone could help me out here i'd be grateful :D

Sit-ups and other such ab excercises are a waste of time IMO if youre looking for a six pack. Its pretty basic, to tone up you need to eat clean (natural) food, avoid the take aways and do a lot of cardio excercise. You already have a six pack, everyone does, you just need to rid yourself of the layer of fat covering it.

Thanks! I do GAA and Tae Kwon Do, which are 2 pretty good cardio sports and i still have that layer of fat... Hmm, maybe i'll start doing some running.

its probably your diet if youre already doing much cardio. You'd prob get visible abs in about 3 weeks if you got your diet right and continued your current activities, depending on how much fat you need to lose.

Will take longer than 3 weeks sadly, have an SL joint injury which is taking months to heal so i'm out of sports. I'll start running after school though... 4-5 times a week should be just as good.

Wolf wants a six pack ?

Wolf probably already has a six pack, but is hiding it with a layer of fat.

Once I got my body fat down ( from 28% to about 13-15% ) I found that I had a very defined six pack. All this while reducing the amount of sit ups / ab specific work I was doing and just doing more squats, deadlifts and rows ( I find these all burn my abs ).

I got it before the summer,
it has the greatest advice/tips you will come across!

Mike can't emphasise more that most of the work is in the kitchen and not with abdominal exercises, yes they help but its all about what you eat and when you eat it!

    check it out

Cheers guys. I think i'll just stick with eating less sweet stuff and do more running. If i don't see results in a month or 2 i'll take more drastic action :D

What did you do to cut your bodyfat down to 13% in the first place...?

I didn't say i cut my body fat down to 13%. I don't even know what my body fat % is.
