Hey, i'm currently using Pro matrix, but i'm unsure of the doses. I take one pre workout and another post workout. Now the problem is all this hubabuloo about it being realesed over a 4 hour time period has got me thinking that i only need to take it post workout. I've been taking it for the last month and i have noticed a difference, i'm 5ft 11 i weighed 71 kg a month ago and i now weigh 74 and i've had to start buying some new t-shirts lol.

I'm still thinking that the pre workout protein shake is a waste though and i should just be taking it post workout :/

    Any opinons on this?

    Cheers, Wolf ;)

if your being super serious about training then really pro matrix probably not best pre/post workout supplement...something with more pure whey/simple carbs like RAM woul be best option...however seems ur jus starting out so pro matrix would be jus fine i reckon taking it pre and post is a good idea as ur body is gettin steady suppply of protein then...the whey from the pre should be entering ur blood round the end of ur workout so that sounds good

Cheers, just making sure, don't want to be using too much protein and then having half of it turn into fat, that's the last thing i need.
