    Too hungover to eat any solid food without puking. Was training a lot over past 2 months. Muscles very sore. Wedding tomorrow so gonna be drinking all weekend, is whey and dextrose good for body when hungover?

    there better than nothing, i like to take a borracca 3 times a day with a hangover it does wonders
