    Seems like an ok char. Charisma will hit you if you ever want to go for the leadership skills, which not many do. :D

    Looks good. Id have balanced int and perception a bit more, but you really wont notice the difference over time. Perception highest can work out better even if youre training towards guns/ships too, whereas int is for support skills mostly.

    Charisma is useless, so smart choice in ditching that.

    Youve got a decent template right there for early NPCing - looks like it can fly a Kestrel frigate quite handily, and thats one of the best, if not the best, early PvE frigates.

    Itll give you something viable while youre deciding what race of ships you want to fly while your learning skills tick over. Dont get caught in the trap of thinking that because you started with a Caldari character you should fly Caldari ships. Check out the Amarr, Minmatar and Gallente ships and if they sound better for what you want to do, run with them. Most support skills [ fitting skills, cap skills, gunnery support skills, tanking skills, drones [ up to light tech 2 drones anyway]...] will transfer across all ship types and racial weapon types anyway.
