    Hi All,

    I've been chatting with Steve Maxwell (www.maxwellsc.com and www.maxbells.com) and he wants to come to Ireland this October.

    For those who don't know Steve here's a few bits:
    BJJ black belt and world champion
    Kettlebell Expert
    Bodyweight training and joint mobility master
    and more

    I'm looking to hold a kettlebell/bodyweight seminar at the Martial Arts Academy 18&19 october and maybe a BJJ/conditioning for MMA weekend, probably at John Kavanaghs place the following weekend.

    There will be changes to the schedule as we're in the initial stages of planning.

    However for those of you who use kettlebells or train people using kettlebells Steve offers on of the most complete Instructor training packages available. If you are a Fitness pro and want to know more please drop me a line.
