I've starting doing weight recently and as a result eating and drinking a lot more than usual. But because of this I find myself waking up at least once in the middle of the night to go to the toilet. Will this have a big impact on potential gains? People are always taking about how you need to eat big and drink plenty to put on muscle and get a lot of sleep, but it seems this two aspects are in conflict with each other. I can't get a good sleep when I'm eating and drinking so much. Thoughts anyone?

Don't worry about it. It's perfectly normal. A lot of guys will keep a shake next to them while they're in bed so they can drink it when they wake to go to hte toilet.
