    What is it like? Has anyone tried it before?
    Im looking into different ways of keeping fit cause im getting quite bored with what im doing now.

    Its great!! If your bored of the gym and the normal classes it will really get you motivated again!! Class goes so fast and your learning self defence as well as working out so def give it a try you'll love it!

    thats debatable, you throw punches and kicks but there againest thin air and your technique isnt corrected so its more like a dance class than anything else!

    Well 2 classes I have been to have thought self defence as part of the class which was great and they also use pads, gloves and punching bags not air :D
