    How do.

Quick question, just wondering why my arms/ biceps are so week? I am able to do lalot of reps with other parts of my body but when i come to my biceps, I can hardly lift anything. I get very fatigued very easily and i cant lift heavy weights at all. Anybody know why this is or any ways to rectify it???

is it possible that youre overworking them??

biceps are worked indirectly with a lot of lifts, and if you do a lot of bicep work on top of that, you mightnt be giving them enough time to repair properly - i only do 10 sets for biceps 1x per week

one thing ive found with biceps is that its important to squeeze the peak contraction and focus on the negative, so you are really working your bi's, and not bringing in forearms/shoulders/back (reverse powercleans) too much (although this has helped more with the size aspect, which in turn has brought strength)

Yeh i always thought it was because my biceps were fatigued from indirect lifting such as rows, pull downs etc, but the past 2 weeks i have been concentrating on my arms to try and build up the strenght but its the same story...... my triceps are much stronger and i can lift much more in comparison to my biceps

well they should be, triceps are a bigger muscle.
biceps are quite a small muscle in comparison to the others main muscles.
it is possible you are fatiguing them.

    try doing negatives as said
or do 21s to increase endurance.
do incline curls so that you stretch muscle more on the downward phase.

    +1

    Nothing unusual there.

this is the thing. I do 21's, i do preacher curls on the incline bench, and when i feel my arms getting tired i do negative reps, i do normal barbell curls on the incline bench as well as reverse curls among many other exercises (not all in one sitting!). but nothing changes and i can never move onto a heavier weight like i can with other muscle groups......

You're doing to many redundant exercises. Pick one bicep exercise, barbell curls would be my choice and do it for lower reps more sets fast concentric, lower it for 3-4secs. Do it 5x5 to start with and you'll add some weight to the lifts
