    Hey Guys,

Been training for years across a variety of sports, but my goal now is just to be "Fit for life". For me that's not carrying any extra fat (or in fact muscle). I used to do a lot of weight work, but despite the fact I loved it, I now want a change.

My exercise is cycling 4 nights a week for 30 minutes
Followed by work on a swiss ball (push ups, sit ups, dips, you name it, I do it! :))
And then some yoga to keep everything stretched.

I'm happy with this, but I also want to clean up my diet, so here goes:

Breakfast: 2 slices of wholegrain bread with butter, and a pint of water.
Lunch: wholegrain bread with tuna/chicken and stuffing/chicken tikka and soup.
Afternoon: Drink lots of water all day long
Evening: Tuna/fish with a variety of veggies.

I know myself this isn't a great diet, but I'd prefer to be perfectly honest, and get some useful advice.

My goal is to lose some more weight (lost about 2 stone since I cut out all the real crap in my diet before summer).

With that goal in mind, how should I change my diet to attain that goal?

    Thanks,
    M
