The issue is threefold really.

Firstly as a christian you are supposed to hate the practice, not the person who practices it.

Secondly it's much easier for the Irish (EDIT: the western world really) these days to stick their heads in the sand and pretend everybody and everyone has no right to judge anyone, principally because it means you will never take responsibility and you can propagate your own selfishness by applying the same to yourself.

Thirdly if you make a judgement you might have to take responsibility and take action to fix the problem.

Personally, I don't mind gay people, they have free will and I'm in no position to judge, irrespective of my own feelings. That judgement is their own and whatever higher power actually exists.

EDIT: incidentally I think the OP sounds like Stan Smith off American Dad!

It's probably something to do with your opinion having no logical basis

I think everyone is entitled to their own opinions, I have no problem with gay peolpe as individuals and I have some friends that are gay that doesn't mean they are not good people, they are. But with the "Being gay" as a whole I do see it as un-natural, I mean there not really meant to be riding blokes are they and I know the arguement is they were born that way etc etc and that's fine but then when people say it's not a disease your bouncing one off the other. If you are born that way and it effects you that you act more "Girlish" and want to kiss blokes it's genetic. If your born with other such genetic disorders you are treated for them by medication but I guess you can'y cure homosexuality.
