Had a bit of a eureka moment today and realised im f*cking my body up if i keep going the way i am. so i plan to lose some weight (about 15 pounds) and quit the smokes (i smoke about 10 a day).

my question is, will taking hydroxycut aswell as using patches f*ck me up totally? if anyone has any experience about this id love to know, i cant find anything on google!

I don't know much about the product, but I would say that taking hydroxycut to get healthy could possibly backfire. It just sounds wrong. Eating properly and exercising is the way to get healthy. I'm not sure there's another. I've tried fat-burners and they made me uncomfortable.

As for the patches, again, I don't know what's in them, but if 3 months of them gets you of the smokes for life, then it would seem to be a pretty good bet.

3 months of nicotine patches is unlikly to get you off smokes for life.

Willpower is much better, or I know a few people who've had success with that book by Alan Carr. I went with the willpower myself.

Patches are a waste of money imo.
There's no point trying to give up nicotene if patches are keeping nicotene in your system, its like trying to give up whiskey by drinking beer.
Best thing to do is cold turkey it completely, with willpower you should be able to make it stick.
