    Hi,

    Having read the stickies and posted a few time here and over in team test about how to exercise properly and lose weight, thanks by the way for all the helpful information posted here. But how do you motivate yourself to get up and go to the gym or for a run or lift some weights. I find it very difficult to stick with it, ill go for a few weeks to the gym then i wont go at all then ill be pissed off i didnt go and start going again. i just cant seem to get a routine going. All i seem to be doing is repeating this circle. I work full time and study part time and really want to find time to excercise but cant seem to fit it in. I had spare time but just can seem to muster up the will power to get up and do something. how do all you guys do it any tips?
