    Hi All,

I'm looking for a Physio in limerick city, i have a pain in both sides of both knees when/after squatting heavy (160kg for me) legs aren't the weak link and training legs is becoming very hard for my knees. Have tried all ranges of motion.

Really need to sort this damn thing out.

Basically looking for someone who has experience with such things, any recommendations?

    thanks a lot,
    L
