Hi , Im a guy and I want to do a pilates class in Bray. Am I dreaming or is this a possibility. I tried Star Fitness and they said they only cater for females. Now I feel like a discriminated minority.But seriuosly, I would prefer Bray or I would try Enniskerry or Shankill or even Greystones. Anyone know of any places? Also would anyone have any favour of pilates over yoga? I have a disk problem and wonder which ones better or favoured.

thanks very much. I phoned up but the receptionist didnt seem to know much about it, I guess I will wait till the first day of registering, sept 4th. should I do reformaer or mat or back care etc. I dont have a clue. reason im going is because of my L4-L5 disc is slightly damaged so I'm guessing back care? It doesnt say how long the course is or if its females only or if you have to be a member[the receptionist seemed to think so]. My other option is a 14 week course costing €280 so I might wait to see.
