post workout drinks for strength and cardio workouts

    im using a post workout drink with a 2:1 ratio of carbs to protein for strength workouts of 3-5 sets of 3-5 reps

    is this suitable to use after a cardio session of 30-45mins of steady running or biking or mixed cardio and calisthenics

    are the nutrients and amounts required different for these types of workouts
