I have been working out for 30 mins every couple of day for the last 2 weeks.

at home with a heavy bag and exercise bike. Plus sit ups and push ups.

the bother Im having is stiffness and sorness for 3 days after workout.

I am a chippy so I need to keep moving fast all day at work , but the stiffness is really draggin the life outta me.

its really putting me off my recent attempt at fitness.

    Is there any magic cure??

Or is constant pain all part of being healthy:D

Have you been stretching before and after your workouts?
This should help alleviate the problem.

Try to do some very light exercise (to warm up the muscles a little) then do your pre-exercise stretching, then your workout, then post exercise stretching.

I can't advise which stretches, as I'm a runner only, so use a different set of muscles.

Also, if you've only been following this training program for 2 weeks, you may be exercising muscles you haven't used too much for a while, so some stiffness/soreness can be expected.

Stretching is for flexibility - it doesn't do much for stiffness really.

It's quite simple really-you just need to take time to get used to it, you're only training two weeks. Just keep up the good work and give it a bit of time.

Is it ok to workout while still suffering?

    Ok? It's MANDATORY MUTHALICKA!

Don't fret, the severity of the stiffness will subside as each workout passes. Just think of it as your present lazy body having a whinge. Like all whingers ignore it and it'll go away.
